EA confirms Gamescom lineup: Battlefield 4, Titanfall, and The Sims 4

EA has confirmed their line up of games that will be available to play at Gamescom in Europe in August.

EA blockbuster titles are getting ready for the biggest gaming event of the year. As of August 21^st, hundreds of thousands of gamers will converge in Cologne to discover the power of the next generation of gaming on consoles, PC and mobile. With close to 500 gaming stations for hands-on play opportunity, EA will showcase top titles including Battlefield 4™, EA SPORTS FIFA 14, The Sims™ 4, Need for Speed Rivals, Titanfall™, Command & Conquer™, and select mobile titles from EA All Play, Chillingoand PopCap.

EA’s press conference will take place on Tuesday, August 20, 4pm CEST (doors open at 3pm). We’re expecting new information regarding Titanfall at the event as well.

Xbox 360 version of Titanfall developed by Bluepoint Games

Respawn’s Vince Zampella has now also confirmed that the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall is being developed by Bluepoint Games. Bluepoint has been responsible previously for ports of some of Sony’s titles. The Xbox 360 version of Titanfall will be available on March 11th in North America and March 13th in Europe.
